Product: In early 2020, I joined the WHO COVID App Collective — a volunteer team including engineers from Google, Microsoft, Square, and MIT — to build an official WHO app for COVID-19. I designed the onboarding and health guidance flows, focusing on making critical information accessible across languages, cultures, and low-connectivity environments.

Designed a simple, action-oriented home screen for a global audience — large tap targets, clear hierarchy, and minimal text to support translation across 50+ languages.

Delivered WHO-vetted health guidance through a swipeable onboarding flow, designed to work without video for low-connectivity environments.

A visual triage flow that helped users identify symptoms and decide whether to seek care, reducing burden on overwhelmed health systems.
